My sculpture challenges and confronts us with the uncomfortable by depicting the intimate and imagined moments from the lives of historical, mythical and contemporary figures. In an attempt to express that which is both tragic and beautiful, my focus resides with the interval of time in between actions: the moments of suspension between inevitability, uncertainty and epiphany.
