Biography
Harvey Wilson, a native of Massachusetts, has been living and working in Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, for over 30 years. He has shown his work widely and is represented in many private collections.
Artist Statement
My work involves the process of expressing primordial impulses; that is, it renders the unconscious conscious through the subtle choreography of sensations that move, grow, and achieve their own unique characteristics.
The paintings naturally evolve into evocations of the spirit of life.
