Jamillah Jennings
She received her M.F.A. in Sculpture from Pratt Institute and
a B.F.A. from
the School of Visual Arts.
Her work has been exhibited at The School of Visual Arts, The
United States
Mission to The United Nations, The Cinque Gallery, N.Y., The
New York State
Governor's Office, and many more.
Jamillah expresses herself in a variety of mediums, paintings,
drawings,
prints and sculptures.
Ellsworth Ausby
He is currently an instructor at the School of Visual Arts
where he has
taught painting for the past 23 years. He is a recipient of
the New York State
C.A.P.S. Fellowship For Painting, 1980; The National Endowment
For The Arts
Fellowship In Painting, 1984-85. He was also Artist-in-Residence
at The Center for
Art and Culture of Bedford Stuyvesant in 1985-86 and coordinated
painting and
drawing workshops at the center from 1986-January 1991.
His work has been exhibited at the American Embassy in Lagos,
Nigeria,
Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art, New York City Technical
College, The Center for
Art and Culture, Howard Johnson Corporation and many other
private collections
across the country. His work has also been exhibited in several
major museums
in the United States.
He is currently listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in
American Art and
Who's Who Among Black Americans. |
