I’m a traveler. Yes I know, in some sense or another we are all travelers, each with our own particular path to follow, discovering things along the way, staying a while, and then moving on. On my road, each stop necessitates a piece of work, to work out the kinks, to understand what I’ve seen, or experienced, or thought, so that I can move along, maybe a little wiser?
Getting it out, through a brush, or by gluing symbolic stuff on top of a drawing, or even making a new constellation out of wire, explains things, at least to me. Really, what do fish tails, dominos or seaglass mean to you?

To anyone who steps in front of these works, I hope it will be an interesting trip off the beaten path, and that perhaps catching a glimpse of what I’ve been seeing will be worth the detour. Will it be a pleasant journey? Are there dangers along the way, obstacles to be tackled? Sure. But your road is different than mine; we are just walking together for a little while, companionably, I hope.
