Reuben Moore creates paintings, drawings, and photographic images dealing with the shifting roles of memory and nostalgia in a contemporary culture that is more and more digitally-oriented. His works often question the accuracy and reliability of memories, snapshots, paintings, postcards, and other personal mementos as they become increasingly mixed up in the plethora of media-based images that we are bombarded with almost everywhere we go.
